1985 : les anciens du lycée Buchanan, classe 1960, se retrouvent pour leur vingt-cinquième réunion. Ce soir, ils sont venus en habit d'époque, jupes gonflantes, robes des sixties, brosse et nœuds pap' pour les garçons. Peggy, très populaire en 1960, se retrouve reine de la soirée avec pour partenaire son mari, Charlie, le rocker. Mais ce tandem si brillant jadis est sur le point de se séparer.
