Tandis que Bender souffre de ne pas posséder d'imagination et ainsi pouvoir jouer à Dungeons & Dragons avec Cubert et les enfants de Planet Express, Leela se voit contrainte par le professeur Farnsworth a contrôler sa colère avec un collier à décharge électrique après que celle-ci (avec l'aide de Fry et Bender) est détruit le vaisseau de Planet Express dans un derbies pour vaisseau. Pendant ce temps, Mom réalise des bénéfices sans précédents avec l'inflation de la matière noire et le professeur révèle à l'équipe de Planet Express le terrible secret que cache cette obscure matière tandis que Bender se perd dans un monde imaginaire qu'il s'est lui même crée au point de finir dans un hôpital psychiatrique pour robot...
