Dr. Elena Kinder et le Dr Heap travaillent pour BABYCO, le premier fabricant au monde de produits pour bébés. Ce que le public ne sait pas, c'est que le Dr Kinder et le Dr Heap travaillent secrètement sur le décryptage du code du "langage de bébé" qui est en fait un langage hautement sophistiqué qui permet aux bébés de communiquer les secrets de l'univers dans lequel ils sont nés. Les problèmes surgissent lorsque Sly, le plus intelligent des bébés, s'échappe du laboratoire et unit les bébés du monde extérieur pour l'aider à libérer les bébés piégés dans le laboratoire. Kinder et Heap doivent trouver Sly avant qu'il ne soit trop tard.
