Trafic à Saïgon (1947)
Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Larry apprend que son copain volant Mike ne vivra que peu de temps malgré les efforts des médecins. Il prend un travail de vol rentable pour les profiteurs Maris pour financer un bon moment pour son pote. Alors que l'avion décolle, il pousse à bord la secrétaire de Maris, Susan. Quand Mike tombe amoureux d'elle, Larry lui dit de jouer pour Mike. Elle, bien sûr, tombe amoureuse de Larry.
