Truth : Le Prix de la vérité (2015)
Le film s'attache aux révélations faites par Mapes et Rather : les deux journalistes ont en effet diffusé un reportage sur un président en exercice qui, selon eux, aurait bénéficié d'un traitement de faveur pour échapper à la conscription pendant la guerre du Vietnam. Lorsque la vérité éclate, le scandale qui s'ensuit brise non seulement net la carrière de Dan Rather, mais manque également de bouleverser les résultats des élections présidentielles américaines et de mettre un terme à l'existence de CBS News.
