Sweet Land (2005)
Arrivée d'Allemagne, Inge découvre la vie en Amérique. Mais les habitants de son village voient la venue de cette étrangère comme une menace. Lorsqu’on lui refuse son mariage avec Olaf, un agriculteur, elle décide de mettre tout en œuvre pour s'intégrer rapidement. La jeune fille se lance alors dans l'apprentissage des coutumes locales.
