Richard et Priscilla Parker mènent une vie tranquille jusqu'à l'arrivée de leur nouveaux voisnins, Eddy et Kay Otis. Très vite ils deviennent amis mais les choses vont mal tourner lorsque Eddy propose à Richard d'échanger leur femmes, juste pour une nuit.
