Le Secret du rapport Quiller (1966)
Berlin. Au milieu de la nuit, un homme marche dans une rue déserte. Il entre dans une cabine de téléphone, compose un numéro, avant d'être abattu par une balle tirée d'un fusil à lunette. Jones est le deuxième agent britannique à être tué par une organisation néo-nazie, Phoenix. Les services secrets anglais envoient alors l'agent Quiller à Berlin. Dans le stade construit pour les Jeux Olympiques de 1936, celui-ci rencontre son « contrôleur », Pol, qui lui explique qu'une nouvelle génération de nazis est apparue, difficile à cerner car elle se fond dans la population. Pol lui ordonne de trouver le QG de l'organisation. Pour amener ses adversaires à se démasquer, Quiller va choisir de s'offrir comme appât...
