Chirurgienne à Seattle, Luna s'est réfugiée dans le travail après la mort de son mari. Elle part une semaine en vacances avec son fils Andy dans la ferme familiale. Elle y rencontre Will, chargé des vergers du domaine. Il lui fait peu à peu reprendre goût à la vie.
