L'Admirable Crichton (1957)
Cricthon , un majordome attaché au respect des conventions sociales, a beaucoup de mal à accepter les idées progressistes de son maitre : Lord Loam. Quand celui-ci provoque un scandale en voulant traiter ses domestiques comme ses égaux, il est décidé que la famille partira en croisière. Mais un soir de tempête, le bateau fait naufrage, et le petit groupe se retrouve sur une île perdue. Rapidement, les codes sociaux vont s’inverser...
