Pierce Brosnan est un acteur et producteur irlando-américain, né le 16 mai 1953, à Drogheda en Irlande. Révélé par la série télévisée Les Enquêtes de Remington Steele, il est notamment connu pour avoir été le cinquième acteur à avoir incarné James Bond, qu'il a interprété dans quatre films de la franchise britannique : GoldenEye, Demain ne meurt jamais, Le monde ne suffit pas et Meurs un autre jour. On l'a vu par ailleurs dans d'autres grosses productions comme Mars Attacks! et Thomas Crown.
