Insieme per forza (1991)
Nick Lang, un giovane e testardo attore cinematografico, per interpretare con realismo un film poliziesco, riesce, grazie alla sua notorietà, ad essere messo al fianco di un caparbio poliziotto, il detective John Moss, attualmente impegnato nell'individuare il maniaco omicida che sta terrorizzando la città di New York. Moss, adirato per questa nuova situazione (tanto più che l'attore è fatuo e chiacchierone quanto lui è taciturno e schivo), cerca di liberarsi di Lang facendogli credere di aver ucciso per errore un agente di polizia nel corso di una missione.
