Tutta colpa di Sara (2002)
L'ufficiale giudiziario Joe Tyler si guadagna da vivere inviando mandati di comparizione a vittime insospettate. Sara Moore, allevatrice di bestiame in Texas, è uno dei suoi bersagli. Con l'aiuto di Gordon, socio di Sara che ha architettato di rovinarla economicamente per entrare in possesso della sua parte, Joe sta cercando di incastrarla. Sara cerca quindi di capovolgere la situazione e fa un'offerta che Joe non può rifiutare: incastrare il suo socio e guadagnare un milione di dollari. I due si trovano così a lavorare fianco a fianco.
