Juan, Sonia e il loro bambino si sono trasferiti in una vecchia villa fatiscente che stanno ristrutturando poco per volta. La prima notte trascorsa nella nuova abitazione però sentono delle strane voci provenire dall'apparecchio di telecontrollo che utilizzano per sorvegliare il figlio.
