Un'antica veste cerimoniale azteca, utilizzata in passato per macabri rituali e sacrifici umani, passa di mano in mano nel corso dei secoli fino ad arrivare ai giorni nostri, portando con sé una maledizione scritta col sangue delle vittime. Se ne impossessa casualmente la giovane Amy, che ne ricava un vestito succinto, ignara che la stoffa trasforma chiunque la indossi in un essere privo di inibizioni e freni morali di alcun tipo. Ogni volta che Amy si mette l'abito, la sua anima viene avvelenata dai poteri malvagi dell'indumento, e la ragazza comincia a comportarsi in modo sempre più trasgressivo e vorace, posseduta da forze maligne incontrollabili, fino a diventare un killer assetato di sangue...
