Professione assassino (1972)
Arthur Bishop è un killer su commissione specializzato nel far apparire come incidenti quelli che in realtà sono omicidi. Riceve gli incarichi da Dean, capo di una misteriosa compagnia di cui fa parte l'anziano e paralizzato Harry McKenna che è colui che ha fatto da mentore ad Arthur. Nel momento in cui Dean gli chiede di assassinare Harry, sospettato di tradimento, Arthur ha poche esitazioni e porta a termine la missione. Si troverà di lì a poco al fianco proprio il figlio di Harry, Steve. Costui, assetato di vendetta, chiede ad Arthur di addestrarlo per essere in grado di uccidere chi ha eliminato suo padre. Il killer, che ha sempre agito da solo, accetta e lo inizia agli omicidi scientificamente organizzati.
