Charles Bronson (nato Charles Dennis Buchinsky; 3 novembre 1921 – 30 agosto 2003) è stato un attore statunitense. Conosciuto per i suoi lineamenti granitici e il fisico muscoloso, ha guadagnato fama internazionale per i suoi ruoli da protagonista in film d'azione, western e di guerra; inizialmente come comprimario e successivamente come protagonista. Un duro cinematografico per eccellenza, Bronson è stato scelto per vari ruoli in cui la trama si basava sull'autenticità della durezza e della forza del personaggio. Al culmine della sua fama nei primi anni '70, era l'attrazione numero uno al botteghino del mondo.
