Arabesque (1966)
David Pollock è un professore americano di filologia che riceve l'incarico di decifrare un geroglifico da parte di un magnate del petrolio di un paese arabo. Solo successivamente scopre che qualcuno ha deciso di farlo fuori, per ragioni che neppure lui capisce bene.
