Il magnifico scherzo (1952)
Barnaby Fulton è un ricercatore che lavora ad una pillola della giovinezza per conto di una azienda chimica. Una delle scimmie cavie, Esther, fugge dal laboratorio e, avendo osservato il Dott. Fulton fare qualcosa di simile, mescola alcune provette, dopodichè verso l'intruglio nel recipiente dell'acqua potabile. Più tardi, sperimentando uno dei propri campioni, sciacquato con l'acqua del recipiente, Fulton inizia a comportarsi come un ragazzo di 20 anni e crede che la pozione funzioni. Ben presto anche la moglie ed il capo dello scienziato iniziano a comportarsi come bambini.
