McCabe è un millantatore senz'arte né parte. Constance è invece una entraîneuse di carattere decisa a difendere a tutti i costi la sua casa d'appuntamento, che una compagnia mineraria vorrebbe far demolire. I due si alleano per lottare insieme contro il sopruso annunciato.
