What Women Want - Quello che le donne vogliono (2000)
Se sapesse che con questo vestito perderò la verginità...", pensa la figlia quindicenne di Nick (Gibson). Il fatto è che lui sa leggere nel pensiero. Per via di una certa scossa elettrica ha acquisito questa facoltà. E non sono pochi i vantaggi: a letto una collega gli sussurra "ma come facevi a sapere come e dove lo volevo?". Inoltre ha anche la possibilità di "usurpare" le idee di Darcy (Hunt) la creativa che gli ha soffiato il posto di direttore artistico. Entrando, così profondamente, nei pensieri delle donne, ragionando come loro, Nick inventa (per la Nike), una sensazionale campagna pubblicitaria. Nel frattempo ha costruito il rapporto con la figlia, ha salvato la vita a una collaboratrice depressa e ignorata da tutti, e si è innamorato, corrisposto, dell'"usurpatrice". Poi tutto, proprio tutto, torna a posto.
