Joanna Crane ha una doppia vita a schizofrenia libera: strapagata stilista di giorno, tutta casa e lavoro, al calar del sole si traveste da prostituta e va a battere i marciapiedi dell'infima Los Angeles. Film truculento e trito, indigesta mistura di naturalismo attardato, decadentismo decorativo, infantilismo freudiano, greve moralismo e congenita ruffianeria mercantile. Il talento di K.
