L’Avana, dicembre 1990. René González, pilota di linea cubano, ruba un aereo e fugge dal Paese, lasciando moglie e figlia. Comincia una nuova vita a Miami, presto raggiunto da altri dissidenti cubani, tutti impegnati nella destabilizzazione del regime di Castro. Basato su una storia vera.
