The Innkeepers (2011)
Dopo un centinaio d'anni di attività, il Yankee Pedlar Hotel è in procinto di chiudere i battenti per sempre. Gli ultimi impiegati, Claire (Paxton), una ventenne che ha affrontato molti problemi nella vita, e Luke (Healy), un solitario esperto di computer, sono convinti che l'hotel è infestato e sono determinati a dimostrarlo. Man mano che si avvicinano gli ultimi giorni d'apertura, arrivano misteriosi ospiti tra cui Leanne Rease-Jones (McGillis), un ex attrice TV diventata una psichica, e un vecchio che insiste di essere ospite nella camera 353. Man mano comincia ad aumentare il numero di strani avvenimenti, sia Claire che Luke devono prendere delle decisioni cruciali su cosa credere e cosa non credere.
