La femme du Vème (2011)
L'americano Harry Ricks, un uomo distrutto, si trasferisce a Parigi per fuggire dalla fine del suo matrimonio dopo essere stato licenziato dall'università in cui insegnava. Senza soldi e senza un posto dove abitare, Harry si lascia andare a una vita di espedienti, pur cercando di lavorare al libro che ha sempre sognato di scrivere. La sua esistenza subisce una svolta quando incontra Margit, una donna ungherese dal misterioso passato, di cui si invaghisce. La donna parla poco del suo passato e accetta di frequentarlo solamente due volte la settimana per un paio di ore. Alla frustrazione di Harry si aggiunge presto l'inquietudine. Da quando c'è Margit, una forza oscura sembra agire sulla sua vita, perché chiunque gli abbia fatto del male nel passato viene punito dalla sorte. La polizia comincia a insospettirsi e Harry si ritrova in un incubo dal quale non sa come uscire.
