Tradito da Lauren , sua compagna e complice in molte rapine, Reno ha come unico obiettivo quello di uscire di prigione per vendicarsi. Lauren nel frattempo ha sposato Harrington, un ricco uomo d'affari cui è stato affidato il compito di riorganizzare un istituto di credito. Grazie ad uno stratagemma, Reno e il suo compagno di cella riescono a fuggire e a raggiungere la lussuosa abitazione degli Harrington. Reno si presenta come il fratello di Lauren, la quale, pur di non rivelare al marito i propri torbidi trascorsi, decide di stare al gioco. A questo punto Reno volge la situazione a suo vantaggio e costringe la donna ad aiutarlo in una rapina.
