Liv Tyler (nata il 1º luglio 1977) è un'attrice e modella statunitense, figlia del musicista Steven Tyler, cantante degli Aerosmith, e conosciuta per la sua eleganza, sensibilità artistica e intensa presenza sul grande schermo. Ha iniziato la sua carriera come modella durante l'adolescenza, per poi dedicarsi alla recitazione ottenendo i primi riconoscimenti con film come Io ballo da sola (1996) di Bernardo Bertolucci e Armageddon - Giudizio finale (1998), che le ha dato fama internazionale. Il successo mondiale è arrivato grazie al ruolo di Arwen nella trilogia de Il Signore degli Anelli (2001-2003) diretta da Peter Jackson, interpretazione che l'ha resa una delle attrici più amate dal pubblico.
