City Hall (1996)
New York. Een politieman, een drugdealer en een 6 jaar oud kind worden vermoord aangetroffen. De zaak komt al snel terecht bij de burgemeester van City Hall. Zijn toegewijde rechterhand wil het fijne van deze zaak weten. Zo ook de advocate van de weduwe van de politieman. De aanwijzingen leiden naar hogere regeringskringen waar aan ieders' handen bloed lijkt te kleven, corruptie de dagelijkse gang van zaken schijnt te zijn en de meest voorname personen over lijken gaan.
