A Home at the End of the World (2004)
Bobby (Colin Farrel) en Jonathan ontmoeten elkaar op school in de jaren 60. Wanneer Bobby's broer om het leven komt, stort zijn wereld in. Kort daarop verliest hij ook nog zijn beide ouders en gaat Bobby bij zijn schoolvriend Jonathan en diens ouders wonen die hem opnemen als hun tweede zoon. Jonathan en Bobby hebben een bijzondere band en experimenteren zelfs seksueel met elkaar. Wanneer Jonathans moeder (Sissy Spacek) hen betrapt, besluit Jonathan zo snel mogelijk het huis uit te gaan. Jaren later zoekt Bobby Jonathan op in New York en raakt verliefd op diens huisgenoot Clare (Robin Wright-Penn). Spanningen tussen de drie ontstaan wanneer de grenzen vervagen wie nu van wie houdt.
