Sein Name ist Programm: Pest ist ein durchgeknallter Latino, der ganz Miami mit seinen Verrücktheiten zum Wahnsinn treibt. Um sich immer wieder heil aus der Affäre zu ziehen, hat diese Landplage in Menschenform seine Verwandlungskünste perfektioniert.
