Osterspaziergang (1948)
Zwischen den Osterfesten 1912 und 1913 ereignet sich allerhand! Die Tänzerin Nadine Hale verlässt ihren Show-Partner Don Hewes und will eine Solo-Karriere starten. Das wirft den berühmten Tänzer aus der Bahn, denn ihre Show funktionierte nur als Partner-Performance. Darüber hinaus, waren Don und Nadine ein Paar, was die Trennung umso schmerzlicher macht. Als er seinen Kummer in einer Bar im Alkohol ertränken will, wettet er mit einem Freund darum, jede x-beliebige Tänzerin zu seiner neuen Partnerin ausbilden zu können. Er greift sich das erstbeste Mädchen, die junge Tänzerin Hannah, und versucht aus ihr eine zweite Nadine Hale zu formen. Doch die Show floppt. Erst, als Don Hannahs wahre Stärken erkennt und fördert, erwartet die beiden der große Durchbruch…
