Mimic: Sentinel (2003)
Seit er vor Jahren als Kind mit einer Atemwegserkrankung infiziert wurde, sitzt Marvin gern daheim bei Mama im aseptischen Appartement und beobachtet die innerstädtische Umgebung lieber aus der sicheren Entfernung einer im Fenster postierten Filmkamera. Als Marvin von dort ein Phantom beim Morden beobachtet, will ihm zunächst keiner glauben. Dann jedoch stellt sich heraus, dass eine vor Jahren ausgerottet geglaubte Riesenschabenmutation wohl doch nicht so tot ist wie erhofft...
