Waking the Dead (2000)
Staatsanwalt Fielding Pierce steht kurz vor der Wahl zum Kongressabgeordneten als ihn seine Vergangenheit einholt. Vor gut zehn Jahren kam seine große Liebe Sarah bei einer Explosion ums Leben. Jetzt glaubt Pierce, sie wieder gesehen zu haben. Fortan dreht sich bei ihm alles um die Suche nach Sarah. Damit riskiert er zunehmend seine politische Laufbahn und gerät außerdem in Lebensgefahr.
