Basic Instinct (1992)
Detective Nick Curran wird beauftragt, einen Mord an einem Mann aufzuklären, der während des Sex mit einem Eispickel erstochen wurde. Hauptverdächtige ist schon bald die eiskalte Catherine Tramell, die Nick gegenüber sehr provokant und sexuell eindeutig auftritt. Tatsächlich stürzen sich die beiden bald in eine verhängnisvolle Affäre, bei der Nick schon bald nicht überblicken kann, ob Catherine oder die Psychiaterin Beth Garner eher für den Mord in Frage kommt.
