Die Fremde in Dir (2007)
Bei einem Spaziergang werden die Radiomoderatorin Erica und ihr Verlobter David in einer Unterführung von einer Gruppe von Schlägern überfallen und angegriffen. Als Erica nach Wochen wieder aus dem Koma erwacht, ist David tot und wie es ausschaut, ist die Polizei nicht sonderlich erfolgreich in der Verfolgung gewesen, die Spur erkaltet, das Interesse gering. Gepeinigt von Angstattacken fällt es Erica zunehmend schwerer, die Wohnung zu verlassen. Sie besorgt sich schließlich eine Waffe und greift, halb die Vorfälle provozierend zur Selbstjustiz. Damit setzt sie den Polizeibeamten Mercer auf die Fährte...
