Drunter und drüber (1939)
Einem berufsbedingt mit dem Gesetz in Konflikt gekommenen Privatdetektiv gelingt auf dem Transport ins Gefängnis die Flucht. Er gerät an eine abenteuerlustige Schriftstellerin, die sich ihm bei seiner Suche nach einem Mörder aufdrängt, bis er seine Unschuld ebenso wie die seines Mandanten beweisen kann.
