Ein psychisch belasteter ehemaliger US-Jagdflieger gewinnt sein Selbstvertrauen zurück, als er unvorbereitet eine riskante Landung wagt und so die Katastrophe verhindert. Einfach, aber sehr wirkungsvoll konstruierter Nervenkitzel, der durch interessante technische und psychologische Details Farbe bekommt.
