Catherine Anne O'Hara, eine kanadisch-amerikanische Schauspielerin und Komödiantin, begann ihre Karriere am Second City Theatre in Toronto. Sie erlangte Berühmtheit durch SCTV an der Seite von Komik-Ikonen wie Rick Moranis und John Candy. Bekannt für Rollen in Filmen wie "Die Zeit nach Mitternacht", "Beetlejuice", "Kevin - Allein zu Haus" und "Nightmare Before Christmas", ist sie auch für ihre Arbeit in Christopher Guests Mockumentaries berühmt. Ihre Vielseitigkeit erstreckt sich auch auf die Synchronisation von Oma Frump in "Die Addams Family". O'Hara erhielt 2020 den Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award bei den Governor General's Performance Arts Awards und gewann 2021 einen Golden Globe für ihre Rolle in "Schitt's Creek".
