Laura San Giacomo (* 14. November 1962) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie spielte Cynthia in dem Film „Sex, Lügen und Video“ (1989), für den sie den Independent Spirit Award als Beste Nebendarstellerin gewann, Kit De Luca in „Pretty Woman“ (1990), Crazy Cora in „Quigley Down Under“ (1990), Nadine Cross in „The Stand“ (1994) und Maya Gallo in der Sitcom „Just Shoot Me!“ (1997–2003). Die für den BAFTA Award und zweimal für den Golden Globe nominierte Schauspielerin verkörperte die Hauptrolle der Rhetta Rodriguez in der Dramaserie „Saving Grace“ (2007–2010) und die wiederkehrende Rolle der Dr. Grace Confalone in der Krimiserie „NCIS“ (2016–2022).
