James Booth (geboren als David Geeves; 19. Dezember 1927 – 11. August 2005) war ein englischer Film-, Bühnen- und Fernsehschauspieler sowie Drehbuchautor. Obwohl er gutaussehend genug für Hauptrollen und vielseitig genug für ein breites Spektrum an Charakterrollen war, strahlte Booth von Natur aus eine zwielichtige, wolfsartige oder unberechenbare Aura aus, die ihn unweigerlich zu Schurkenrollen und Komödien, meist mit einem Hauch von Londoner Akzent, führte. Am bekanntesten ist er wohl für seine Rolle als Vic Fielding in der britischen Seifenoper „Coronation Street“.
