Un envoyé très spécial (1938)
Lors d'un reportage à Shanghai sur la guerre sino-japonaise, Chris Hunter, un journaliste avisé, rencontre la pilote Alma Harding. Elle ne lui fait pas confiance, mais il parvient à l'engager comme assistante. Au cours d'une expédition aventureuse dans les jungles d'Amérique du Sud, son opinion sur lui commence à changer.
