Sally Margaret Field (née le 6 novembre 1946) est une actrice, chanteuse, productrice, réalisatrice et scénariste américaine. Au cours de chaque décennie de sa carrière, elle a été reconnue pour ses rôles majeurs dans la culture télévisuelle et cinématographique américaine, notamment : dans les années 1960, pour Gidget (1965-66) ou Sister Bertrille sur The Flying Nun (1967-70) ; dans les années 1970, pour Sybil (1976), Smokey and the Bandit (1977) et Norma Rae (1979) ; dans les années 1980, pour Absence of Malice, Places in the Heart (1984) et Steel Magnolias ; dans les années 1990, pour Not Without My Daughter, Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) et Forrest Gump ; et dans les années 2000, dans les émissions de télévision ER et Brothers & Sisters. Elle a également joué dans de nombreux autres rôles. Field a remporté deux Oscars, Norma Rae (1979) et Places in the Heart (1984).
