Anjelica Huston (nata l'8 luglio 1951) è un'attrice, regista, produttrice, autrice ed ex modella di moda americana. È figlia del regista John Huston e nipote dell'attore Walter Huston. Dopo aver debuttato a malincuore sul grande schermo in A Walk with Love and Death (1969) del padre, la Huston si trasferì da Londra a New York, dove lavorò come modella per tutti gli anni '70. Decise di dedicarsi attivamente alla recitazione nei primi anni '80 e, successivamente, ottenne il suo successo con la sua interpretazione in Prizzi's Honor (1985), anch'essa diretta dal padre, per la quale divenne la terza generazione della famiglia a ricevere un Oscar, vincendo il premio come Miglior Attrice Non Protagonista, unendosi a John e Walter Huston in questo riconoscimento.
