Suburbicon (2017)
Im Herbst 1959 ist die Welt in einer weißen Vorstadt nicht mehr ganz so beschaulich, als neben den Lodges schwarze Nachbarn einziehen. Die Empörung in der Nachbarschaft ist ein guter Deckmantel für den Plan von Familienvater Gardner, seine Ehefrau Rose bei einem fingierten Einbruch ums Leben kommen zu lassen, um künftig mit Schwägerin Margaret leben zu können. Doch nicht nur lassen sich die Killer nicht so leicht abwimmeln, auch ein penibler Versicherungsvertreter will die Story nicht so recht glauben.
