Fiona Shaw (geboren als Fiona Mary Wilson am 10. Juli 1958) ist eine irische Film- und Theaterschauspielerin. Sie arbeitete umfangreich mit der Royal Shakespeare Company und dem National Theatre sowie im Film und Fernsehen. Im Jahr 2020 wurde sie auf Platz 29 der Liste der größten irischen Filmschauspieler von The Irish Times geführt. 2001 wurde sie von Königin Elizabeth II. zum Ehrenkommandeur des Order of the British Empire (CBE) ernannt. Sie gewann sowohl 1990 als auch 1994 den Laurence Olivier Award als beste Schauspielerin für ihre Rollen in den Stücken Electra, Wie es euch gefällt, Der gute Mensch von Sezuan (1990) und Machinal (1994) und erhielt weitere drei Olivier-Nominierungen für ihre Rollen in Mephisto (1986), Hedda Gabler (1992) und Happy Days (2008). Ihr Broadway-Debüt gab sie in der Titelrolle von Medea (2002), wofür sie eine Nominierung für den Tony Award als beste Schauspielerin in einem Theaterstück erhielt. 2013 kehrte sie mit dem Stück The Testament of Mary von Colm Tóibín an den Broadway zurück. Sie spielte Carolyn Martens in der BBC-Serie Killing Eve (2018–22), wofür sie 2019 den BAFTA TV Award als beste Nebendarstellerin erhielt und zwei Primetime Emmy-Nominierungen bekam.
