Der Informant! (2009)
Marc Whitacre arbeitet in Illinois als Vizepräsident bei dem Landwirtschaftskonzern Archer Daniels Midland. Er löst eine weit verzweigte Kette von Ereignissen aus, als er seinem Chef anvertraut, er habe einen Maulwurf in der Firma entdeckt, der einen japanischen Konkurrenten mit exklusiven Nachrichten versorgt. Als die Company das FBI einschaltet, erwacht der Geheimagent in dem übergewichtigen Spießer. Mit Wanzen verdrahtet tut er alles, um andere Kollegen Geheimnisse zu entlocken, und verirrt sich im eigenen Lügengebilde.
