Jack Perrin (25. Juli 1896 – 17. Dezember 1967) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, der sich auf Western spezialisiert hatte. Er wurde als Lyman Wakefield Perrin in Three Rivers, Michigan, geboren. Sein Vater arbeitete in der Immobilienbranche und zog mit der Familie kurz nach Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts nach Los Angeles, Kalifornien. Perrin diente im Ersten Weltkrieg in der US-Marine. Nach dem Krieg kehrte er nach Los Angeles zurück und begann für Universal Studios zu arbeiten. Sein Filmdebüt gab er 1917 in „Luke's Lost Liberty“ an der Seite von Harold Lloyd. 1920 heiratete er die Stummfilmschauspielerin Josephine Hill. In den 1920er-Jahren machte sich Perrin einen Namen mit Rollen in zahlreichen Thrillern, Melodramen und Serienfilmen. In den 1930er-Jahren etablierte er sich als Schauspieler in B-Western. Er spielte meist Hauptrollen unter dem Namen Jack Perrin, verwendete aber gelegentlich auch die Pseudonyme Jack Gable oder Richard (Dick) Terry. Perrins letzte große Rolle war die des Davy Crockett in „Der bunte Hengst“ (1937) von Republic Pictures. Im selben Jahr ließ er sich von seiner Frau scheiden. Obwohl er bis 1960 weiterhin Filme drehte, waren viele seiner späteren Rollen eher klein und wurden oft nicht im Abspann erwähnt. Perrin erlitt einen Herzinfarkt und starb am 17. Dezember 1967 im Alter von 71 Jahren. Für seine Verdienste als Filmschauspieler wurde Jack Perrin mit einem Stern auf dem Hollywood Walk of Fame (1777 Vine Street, Hollywood, Kalifornien) geehrt.
