Sir Nigel John Dermot "Sam" Neill (nato il 14 settembre 1947) è un attore neozelandese. La sua carriera ha incluso ruoli da protagonista sia in drammi che in blockbuster. Considerato un "protagonista internazionale", è considerato uno degli attori più versatili della sua generazione. Nato in Irlanda del Nord da madre inglese e padre neozelandese, Neill si trasferì a Christchurch con la sua famiglia nel 1954.
