Lee Phelps (15. Mai 1893 – 19. März 1953) war ein US-amerikanischer Filmschauspieler. Zwischen 1917 und 1953 wirkte er in über 600 Filmen mit, meist in nicht im Abspann erwähnten Rollen. Er spielte auch in drei Filmen mit – „Grand Hotel“, „You Can't Take It with You“ und „Vom Winde verweht“ –, die mit dem Oscar für den besten Film ausgezeichnet wurden. 1952 hatte Phelps einen Gastauftritt in der Folge „Outlaw's Paradise“ der Western-Fernsehserie „The Adventures of Kit Carson“ (mit Bill Williams in der Titelrolle). Ebenfalls 1952 war er in einer Folge (Nr. 90) der Zeichentrickserie „The Lone Ranger“ zu sehen.
